Stacy was introduced to the practice of yoga by her Hippy Mom in 1979.
She has practiced ever since. Certified as a Meditation teacher since 1995 Specializing in Teaching a Mantra/Breath Meditation.
Stacy expanded her practice in 2014 as a yoga teacher, centering on Hatha Flow yoga.
