Tai Chi and Yoga for Veterans

More than 80% of the most successful people, across all industries, have a meditative or mindfulness practice. - Author Tim Ferriss "Tribe of Mentors"

The Science: Your breathing has a direct coloration to your parasympathetic nervous system which regulates the body's "Fight or Flight" response.

When you get stressed, what changes? Your breath. When you get angry, what changes? Your breath.

When you learn to control your breathing you can manage any situation.
