Chris has been teaching tai chi in the South Hills for over three years and is the owner/operator of THREE TREASURES Health and Wellness in Bethel Park, PA.

Jessica is proficient in many styles including Baptiste, Vinyasa Krama, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Katonah.

As a teacher, she incorporates elements of each to keep her students inspired and focused.

She works  full-time as a Victim Advocate for a Pittsburgh based non-profit.

Olivia specializes in Vinyasa Flow and alignment-based practices geared towards all bodies and experience levels. 

She is in the process of attaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LDN)

For the last 10 years Jason has focused on teaching others how to become more mobile, flexible and stronger, including all age groups, from children to the elderly.

He has the opportunity to work with collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes, military special forces, law enforcement and first responders, competitive CrossFitters, UFC fighters and pre/post-operative clients.

Stacy was introduced to the practice of yoga by her Hippy Mom in 1979.

She has practiced ever since. Certified as a Meditation teacher since 1995 Specializing in Teaching a Mantra/Breath Meditation.

Stacy expanded her practice in 2014 as a yoga teacher, centering on Hatha Flow yoga.

Laura prefers to be called a nutrition coach or snack specialist. There are a few things you should know:

  • She likes to keep it real. "I don't expect you to eat perfectly clean at every meal - and I certainly hope you don't expect me to either. You're a real person and I'm going to treat you as such!"
  • She wants you to find peace with both yourself and your relationship with food. Remember, food is fuel, not an enemy!
  • Her main goal is to help you find confidence and unleash your inner glow!
