Tai Chi for Veterans, (TC4V), is part of the Mission Act and the Community Care Network.
These tai chi classes will be covered by the veteran's insurance so there will never be any out of pocket costs.
Classes will be streamed through ZOOM (live instructors, not recorded), held at THREE TREASURES Health and Wellness in Bethel Park, or scheduled at a location convenient to you.
(Marcus is out of Philadelphia and works with Pittsburgh directly so you may be seeing a lot of him.)

As a teacher, she incorporates elements of each to keep her students inspired and focused.
She works full-time as a Victim Advocate for a Pittsburgh based non-profit.
Olivia specializes in Vinyasa Flow and alignment-based practices geared towards all bodies and experience levels.
She is in the process of attaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

For the last 10 years Jason has focused on teaching others how to become more mobile, flexible and stronger, including all age groups, from children to the elderly.
He has the opportunity to work with collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes, military special forces, law enforcement and first responders, competitive CrossFitters, UFC fighters and pre/post-operative clients.
Stacy was introduced to the practice of yoga by her Hippy Mom in 1979.
She has practiced ever since. Certified as a Meditation teacher since 1995 Specializing in Teaching a Mantra/Breath Meditation.
Stacy expanded her practice in 2014 as a yoga teacher, centering on Hatha Flow yoga.
